• What colour of box is for what waste, your site only mentions blue for paper, I was looking for cans but that info is not there!
  We have recently revamped our waste and recycling content and hopefully it's now much more easy to find that cans go in the black box
• refuse timetable purpose of different coloured boxes for refuse and how to get plastic bags that are never delivered
  We're currently working to get the refuse timetable online, so at this moment you still need to either telephone us on 01746 713163 or email us at contactus@bridgnorth-dc.gov.uk with your address for the day of collection. As with the question above we've now revamped the pages explaining what goes in each recycling box. If you still receive refuse sacks they can either be ordered online, by emailing contactus@bridgnorth-dc.gov.uk or by telephone on 01746 713163,
• Where are the planning application forms?
  The planning application forms can either be downloaded and printed out or you can apply online through the Planning Portal.
• Obtaining details of a tree pruning contractor used by the council who would carry out some work for me
  A list of some tree contractors can be found under the tree management area of the site.
• I was looking for the addresses of parish clerks
  We don't currently have the parish clerks in one list, however, under each ward is a list of the parishes and from there their clerk
• Searching for river Severn webcam
  The River Severn webcam is available online.

Planned downtime

We currently have no planned downtime for the website and we will advertise any planned maintenance both here and on the homepage of the website.
