Housing Authority Anti-Social Behaviour Policy

The introduction of this Anti-Social Behaviour Policy is about guidance so that tenants and residents are able to reside in communities free from unreasonable disturbance. It gives the Council and its Officers clear guidelines to investigate complaints and to work with partners and the community to resolve neighbourhood disputes by taking proportionate action.

Types of complaints include problems like graffiti which we will remove. We will recharge the cost to those responsible if they are known to us. You can report graffiti online and request the removal of graffiti online or contact 01746 713125.
