Open Space Interim Planning Guidance (IPG) has been produced in order to provide additional guidance for the provision of open space as part of new housing development. The IPG expands upon policies in the Bridgnorth District Local Plan 1996 - 2011.
The IPG sets out a standard approach to the provision of open space that can be used as a guide as to what would typically be required. Essentially the IPG will be used to identify the level of provision/contribution required as part of new housing development.
