Need Information? We can point you in the right direction.

Ever wondered where you can get free access to the Internet, find out what's happening in your area and sort out your Housing Benefit query or collect your Travel Tokens, all under the same roof?

To find out just visit one of our Community Information Points! They provide a one-stop shop for County, District and Town Council services and community information for the district.

Broseley, Shifnal and Highley Community Information Points have trained staff who can answer most queries and they're available to help you!

Got a legal query? They also hold the Community Legal Service Mark and have access to information about law and which agencies can provide specialist legal advice.

You'll also find Housing and Council Tax Benefit surgeries every week with Benefit staff available to answer all your benefit questions.
