Development and Building Control

The Head of Development and Building Control is Jameson Bridgwater.

Local Plans and Regeneration

The Head of Local Plans and Regeneration is Peter Lindsell.

This section has a huge range of responsibility. Staff help to decide how land is used and conserve what is already there. They also help to promote economic regeneration and attract tourists to the District.
