The Community Services directorate is made up of the following departments

• Leisure and Amenities
• Housing and Property
• Customer Services

Leisure and Amenities

The Head of Leisure and Amenities is Steve Brown.

 

Housing and Property

The Head of Housing and Property is Peter Hughes.

 

Customer Services

The Head of Customer Services is Sarah Caulkin.

If you telephone Bridgnorth District Council the chances are the first person you will speak to will be a member of our Customer Services Team.

They are trained to answer as many queries as possible at first point of contact or make sure they refer callers on to someone who can provide help.

The team also deals with enquiries at our main Reception desk at Westgate, including Benefits applications.

Customer Services also includes our ICT department who are responsible for the council website, Intranet and computing needs within the organisation.

The department also offers a range of electronic services via the website. Currently information and forms are available for benefits; Council Tax; refuse, recycling and waste; graffiti, flyposting and flytipping; street cleansing; creditors enquiries and housing.
