Elected members - minutes, agendas and reports

Attending meetings

The majority of the meetings of the Council's committees are open for the public to attend.

On rare occassions reports may contain information which must be kept private (for example the financial affairs of a private company). When these items are reached then members of the public may be asked to leave the meeting while the item is discussed. Private items are marked in the agenda of the meeting.
