The Council has implemented a number of services that transform the way you can interact with us.  No longer are the days of contacting us during office hours a necessity, the services on this page will allow you to undertake self service and to get answers to questions at a time and place convenient to you.

The services that we have available initially are:

• A library of over 200 e-forms, by category, covering all aspects of your interactions with us, from applying for housing right through to requesting waste bins.  Our e-forms allow you to register your details so that can quickly complete forms, find out about other benefits of registration.
• Calculate your potential Benefits online, fill out the form and get an estimate.
• Find out about local Planning applications and make an application as well.
• Check your Council Tax balance
• Check your Business Rate (NNDR) balance
