Aspire Fitness Suite
Re-opened on 9th June 2008.

On 9th of June Bridgnorth Sports and Leisure Centre opened the doors to a brand new state of the art Aspire Fitness Suite. Not only do we have the latest brand new Technogym equipment but the whole room has been refurbished to the highest standards including new lighting, air conditioning, decoration, flooring, plasma tv screens, CD & radio players. Current fitness suite members must undergo a familiarisation before using the Aspire suite. All you need to do is contact us on 01746 761541 to reserve your place. It shouldn't take longer than half an hour and, once done, you're ready to enjoy all the health and beauty benefits the Aspire Suite can offer you!

New members can book an induction by visiting reception or calling on 01746 761541. Inductions take approximately 1 hour and the cost includes 10 FREE SESSIONS. We also have a range of payment options designed to save you money based on your level of use. If you intend to use the Aspire Suite frequently you may want to subscribe to one of our pay monthly memberships or one of our discounted ten session subscriptions. Alternatively you can 'pay as you go'.

Please note that you must have an Aspire or Aspire Plus card before you can undergo your familiarisation session or use the new Aspire Suite. Please ask at reception for an application form. Before using the Fitness Suite you must be an Aspire Card Holder and take an Induction with an instructor, which takes approximately 1 hour and costs £37.90 (adult), Aspire Plus £32.25, Junior Card Holder £18.75 and Aspire Plus £16.10. A qualified fitness instructor will teach you how to operate all of the equipment and how you can best achieve the results you want. Please contact reception for details of Induction days and times on 01746 761541 from 9.00am until 10.00pm each day.

The Induction includes: Explanation of aerobic and anaerobic exercise Demonstration of all equipment Free practice Work out individual programme Ten sessions in the fitness suite (allocated to your Aspire Card)

To reserve your induction contact reception on 01746 761541 (Payment is required at the time of booking).

Once you have completed an induction there's no need to book, simply turn up and enjoy our fully air conditioned suite!

Circuit Training

Fitness Suite members are invited to join circuit training on Monday evenings with Sue from 7.30pm to 8.30pm for £4.40/£3.75 (no casual use during this time).
