This scheme is available for the following tenants:

• all council tenants and leaseholders
• applicants placed in accommodation arranged by our Homelessness Officers

• You can pay fortnightly by cash at the Post Office or monthly by Direct Debit or pay thefull amount by cheque, postal order, debit or credit card
• All postcodes included at no additional cost
• No home security requirements

Recovering the cost of damage to council property

If our property is damaged by your neglect, or accidentally, we have the right under your tenancy agreement to recover the cost of repair from you.

You can avoid such costs falling on you if you have adequate insurance cover.
