The district has a wide variety of countryside areas - our Countryside Services team manages sites at the Severn Valley Country Park, Stanmore Country Park, Donington and Albrighton Local Nature Reserve, New England near Highley, Tuck Hill and the Much Wenlock Railway Line.

The team also provides educational talks to schools and a successful volunteering network.

Events led by experienced Rangers and open to the public include Apple Days, Fungus Forays and a chance to hear an impressive Dawn Chorus!
