Bridgnorth district citizens' panel

We are committed to increasing the involvement of local people in the council and the decisions we make.

We currently have a representative Citizens' Panel, which were recruited with the help of independent research company called SMSR.

The panel is a cross section of the local population who are regularly asked their views on a wide range of council issues.

What is Bridgnorth District's Citizens' Panel?

The panel is made up of 1,100 residents from across the district and represents the area in terms of age, gender and location etc.

What happens with the results?

All responses are anonymised and sent back to the relevant service managers, senior council officers and elected councillors to help inform decision making.
