Economic development

Bridgnorth District Council aims to encourage the growth of a stable local economy that reflects the character and needs of communities within the district. The Council welcomes appropriate industrial, commercial and retail schemes that can contribute to the local economy and provide employment.

Community and Economic Regeneration is one of the Council's 5 key priorities:

The Council will support regeneration activities that promote economic growth and prosperity, community regeneration and neighbourhood renewal, whilst maximising the use of external funding activities.
